Clearspray 100D Pump Unit

The Clearspray range of oil dispersant spray systems is suitable for operation from both inshore and offshore vessels including tugs, supply vessels and workboats.

Clear spray systems are powered by an electric motor and are designed to be installed as a permanent fixture on board the vessel.

Clear spray systems are compatible with Spray Arms, Retractable Spray Arms for enclosed bow vessels and AFEDO™ Nozzles for the application of neat or dilute dispersant.

Product Models
The Clearspray range includes three models:
• Clearspray 50 – designed for operating from inshore vessels and produces a maximum output of 60 litres per minute.
• Clearspray 100 – designed for operating from small to medium inshore and offshore vessels and produces a maximum output of 100 litres per minute. The Clearspray 100 D2F model has ABS product design approval.
• Clearspray 150 – designed for operating from larger offshore vessels and produces a maximum output of 150 litres per minute.

Boatspray 50 Pump Unit With Wheel Kit

The Boatspray range of oil dispersant spray systems is suitable for operation on land, from inshore and offshore vessels; including tugs, supply vessels and workboats.

Boatspray systems are portable and can be operated from almost any “vessel of opportunity”.

Boatspray systems are compatible with Spray Arms and AFEDO™ Nozzles for the application of neat or dilute dispersant. Also available with Hand Lances for use on small patches of oil or cleaning, on land or inshore.

The dispersant dilution level is adjusted by manual flow control valves, and accuracy can be enhanced with the optional dilute flow rate indicator.

Boatspray systems can be supplied with a wheel kit that mounts to the chassis for improved manoeuvrability.

AFEDO™ Nozzle

AFEDO™ Nozzles are an alternative to conventional oil dispersant

application devices. Ideal for use where operational flexibility is important.

AFEDO™ Nozzles are designed for application from “vessels of opportunity” such as tugs, offshore supply vessels and workboats. AFEDO™ Nozzles create a port and starboard spray plumes in a spray pattern with an even distribution of droplets some 10m to 15m in length.

AFEDO™ Nozzles are mounted via the integrated stainless steel universal clamp to the vessel gunwale or handrail. Simply unclamp and store the AFEDO™ Nozzles when not in use.

More compact than Spray Arms, AFEDO™ Nozzles offer greater flexibility for use on almost any “vessel of opportunity” to apply neat or dilute dispersant. Compatible with our Ecospray, Boatspray and Clearspray oil dispersant spray systems.

Ecospray

The Ecospray is a compact and easy-to-operate portable diesel-powered dispersant spray system suitable for operation from inshore vessels; including tugs & workboats.

Due to its simplified control, dispersant dilution can be varied between 0% and 100% with no interruption to spraying. Ecospray is designed to be deployed quickly with little setup required for rapid response to oil spills.

The Ecospray dispersant spray system is supplied with a set of AFEDO™ Nozzles and hoses; and can be installed and operated from almost any “vessel of opportunity”.

Ecospray has a simple control system for varying dispersant dilution levels and a pressure gauge to ensure correct performance with AFEDO™ Nozzles.

Ecospray is designed to be operated by one person with minimal training requirements.

PACIFIC Marine Loading Arm

The SVT PACIFIC Marine Loading Arm is a self-supporting arm specially designed for the fast and safe transfer of products in the medium temperature range. With nominal bores from 4“ to 20“ and temperatures typically ranging from –20°C to +60°C, various substances can be transported. The arm’s different materials allow it to adjust to the different characteristics of the media to be transferred, no matter whether they are toxic, aggressive, or explosive.

Consistent weight-optimization of the SVT PACIFIC Marine Loading Arm and its almost symmetrical design (without additional swivel joints) minimize the loads conducted to the foundations. This makes the SVT PACIFIC Marine Loading Arm the first choice for small foundation areas or where existing foundations are to be further used.

The SVT PACIFIC Marine Loading Arm can be equipped with various additional accessories such as a second product line, making the loader into a real tandem loading arm with vapour return lines. For special purposes, vacuum breakers, nitrogen purging and residue draining systems, as well as process monitoring sensors and valves, are available.

ARCTIC Marine Loading Arm

The SVT ARCTIC Marine Loading Arm is a hydraulic-driven loading arm specially designed for the transfer of liquefied gas. Based on the ATLANTIC model, it has a long operating reach and a number of features that make it the first choice for a safe transfer of liquefied gas. This arm operates at temperatures down to –196°C and at an internal design pressure of up to 45 bars.

With the SVT ARCTIC Marine Loading Arm, a specially adapted model for extreme temperatures of the field-proven SVT Emergency Release Coupler is employed. Through the use of only one hydraulic cylinder and the mechanical interlock concept, the probability of failure is reduced to a minimum, thereby reaching the utmost safety level.

Smart Bollard

The Smart Bollard is similar to a standard bollard and is permanently installed on quays; however it measures the loads on the mooring lines on the bollard by sensing and translating structural movement caused by the mooring line tension. The actual data will be available for the port authority, terminal operator or the vessel itself. The Smart Bollard can be used for all seagoing vessels, such as container and bulk carriers.

Benefits of the Smart Bollard

  • Increased safety for operators and assets, thanks to real-time load monitoring and predicted forces.
  • Gives a complete overview of mooring forces in all environments, allowing for improved efficiency of vessel movements.
  • It will give a better insight into the capabilities of the quays, potentially allowing larger vessels to be moored.
  • Potentially reduces the requirement for expensive resources such as tugs, thanks to gathered data and predicted forces.
  • Creates a long-term picture of the forces acting on the berths and vessels.
  • This cumulative data can be used for port improvement projects, as well as continuous improvement of operations and processes.

Data connection Smart Bollard

The Smart Bollard can be connected with ethernet or it can operate wireless. When connected to ethernet a separate switch box is necessary to gather and transmit the data to the cloud. For wireless operation, a gateway needs to be installed on-site.

Cloud and API

Data will be sent to the cloud (AWS) and is available in our portal. This portal also provides information about weather and current and can hold a vessel database. With our standard API, our system can easily be integrated into other systems.
